RETURN and REFUND POLICY
To return defective / unsatisfied item/s, kindly write in email and request return form at email@example.com within 5 days upon received your parcel and returned item shall be posted within 5 working days (subject 'return of parcel received'). Email that write in after 5 days upon receive your parcel will not be entertained and strictly no return is allowed. Kindly take note item purchased via return credit is not allow to make further return despite of any reason.
- All returns for incorrect / defective item received are free for Malaysia customers. We will bear the return and exchange shipping cost by reimbursed your send back postage by offering you a one time free postage for next purchase or store credit RM7 WM / RM10 EM.
- You must return the incorrect/ faulty/ defect item within 5 working days of receipt for an original ordered item for Malaysia orders. No return policy for International purhcase despite any reason.
- Request return form thru email firstname.lastname@example.org and fill up the return Form. Print it out and attach in the return parcel. Any delay or non-enclosure of return form will not be entertained.
- All goods must be returned with unwashed & unworn & with the price tag intact & in original -packaging. Sale items are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
- We only accept return via courier service, as we do not honour any walk-ins.
- We do not provide cash refund for all return. If the exact item is out of stock and we will provide you a credit voucher in which you may utilise it to purchase other available items. The credit voucher is valid for 30 days only upon date issued.
- We do not provide cash refund for shipped order, defective item is allowed for design exchanged if the exact item is out of stock. Exchange a defective item in size / color / design will be charged a handling fee of RM10 per item.
- We can’t take back items in accessories (ear ring / belts / bags / necklace) & inner items for hygiene reasons. However, if you haven’t removed the original wrapping, or the item’s faulty, then that’s fine.

*Example 1: Purchased RM200 with free postage (WM), return 1 unsatisfied item with value RM69, you get refund of RM69-RM5= RM64 in store credit
*Example 2: Purchased RM200 with free postage (EM), Return 2 unsatisfied items with value RM55 and RM65, you get refund of RM55+RM65-RM6x2 = RM108 in store credit
*Example 3: Purchased RM100 without free postage provided, return 1 unsatisfied item with value RM69, you get refund of RM69 in store credit
All store credit will be transferred into mino points system, you may redeem it on shopping cart page upon place a new order.
- The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it is packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way.We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
- We recommend you to obtain proof of postage and keep the tracking number until your return is processed. Closetmino shall not be held liable for any courier’s issues during the delivery.
- If we find the product has been misused, abused or subjected to neglect, improper or inadequate care, carelessness, damage or abnormal conditions; or deteriorated through normal wear and tear; or been involved in any accident or damage caused by an incorrect attempt at modification or repair; after delivery by us, we may at our discretion decide not to repair, replace or exchange. We may require you to pay all reasonable carriage costs and servicing costs at our current standard fees and costs.
- All goods will be inspected on return.
- Any duplicate payment via MOLPAY will be refunded via store credit (full amount). Cancellation of duplicate MOLPAY payment & refund to your bank account, a 3% transaction fee will be charged.
- Closetmino reserves the right to reject your return or refund.
